BeFaster - Служит для оптимизации качества связи с Интернетом путем изменения настроек в системном реестре Windows. Программа умеет настраивать как dial-up соединения, так и LAN, Cable Modem, xDSL, ISDN, T1 и Cable/DSL, а также AOL и PCAnyWhere. В самом простом случае для настройки достаточно нажать на кнопку, соответствующую типу соединения, но допускается и тонкая ручная подстройка.

Возможностей у программы довольно много, есть в ней и такая функция, как пингование выбранного сервера с заданным интервалом (кроме проверки качества связи, это позволяет создать видимость активности, не допуская тем самым разрыва связи - есть ведь провайдеры, которые автоматически отключают пользователя, если он определенное время неактивен).

Optimization:
· BeFaster changes/optimizes certain hidden and known registry/other settings in Windows in order to prevent fragmentation of data transfers. To speed up, all you need to do is; select your optimization type in Standard Users tab and start optimization. Ping Now Function:
